Care that helps put the whole picture together
Many patients come to me already engaged in their health, having explored symptoms, testing, or treatments, yet still feeling that something hasn’t quite come together.
My role is to help fill those gaps: to look carefully at the whole picture, determine what’s relevant, and provide thoughtful clinical guidance that integrates physical and mental health in a way that makes sense for real life.
Care is not about chasing every possible explanation or addressing symptoms in isolation. It’s about careful prioritization, clinical context, and creating a plan that evolves as your health does.

My clinical focus includes,
(but is not limited to):
Hormone health and life transitions
Digestive health and gut-brain connections
Persistent fatigue or low energy
Mental and emotional health
Metabolic and cardiovascular health
Post treatment or post illness recovery
These concerns are often interconnected, and care is approached with that complexity in mind.
My approach integrates:
Careful history taking and clinical assessment
Functional testing used selectively and intentionally
Nutritional, botanical, and lifestyle therapeutics
Mind–body and nervous system-informed care
Environmental medicine and detoxification
Collaboration with your broader healthcare team when appropriate
Recommendations are personalized, evidence-informed, and designed to be sustainable over time, not overwhelming.
What to Expect
Appointments are unhurried and focused on understanding your health in context. We will review symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and relevant testing to identify meaningful patterns and contributing factors.
Care is collaborative and measured. Supplements and dietary changes are used thoughtfully, often minimally, and recommendations are prioritized to avoid unnecessary complexity. When short-term eliminations or targeted trials are suggested, they are framed as information-gathering tools rather than permanent restrictions.
My goal is to help you feel supported, informed, and confident in your care, not burdened by it. Many patients find this work most valuable over time, as health patterns shift and clarity deepens.
Hi, I'm Dr. Meghan Bauer.
I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor with nearly 20 years of clinical experience, and a long-time instructor with the University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Studies. I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of patients seeking a deeper understanding of their health and more thoughtful, integrated care.
My work is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and clinical judgment. I founded my practice to offer the kind of healthcare I wanted for my own family: informed, personalized, and deeply human.

Let’s explore whether this approach is the right fit.
